The Reindeer Fun Run and Walk is back for the 2nd year in a row! \n\nThis is a festive\, holiday themed event for the community and will include the following:\n\nA family friendly walk/run\, hot cocoa bar\, DJ\, and NEW this year Santa on site to cheer you on! Most festive dressed contest with prizes for most festive dressed adult\, child and family/or group running or walking together and also new this year MOST FESTIVE well behaved dog! \n\nThe event takes place at Hoffman Park and the Village of Cary trails. It will begin by the disc golf entrance sign and will finish at the gazebo at the dog park. \n\nHurry and register by November 15th to receive the early bird rate: $30 for adults and $5 per child. After November 15th\, the event price will increase to $35 per adult\, $10 per child. (Day of event/on site registration will be $40 for adults and $15 per child).\n\n\n\nRace packet pickup will be at Cary Dunkin' Donuts between 4-7pm Thursday December 1st or at 8am the day of the event at Hoffman Park. Race packet will include a t-shirt and some festive goodies! \n\nParking will be available at the Hoffman Trails Dog Park parking lot and street parking allowed along West Main and Ivanhoe Lane.\n\n\n\nThe Reindeer Fun Run and Walk is a 3 mile (5k) run event followed by a 1 mile walk event\, which will be held along the Hoffman Park and Village of Cary IL trails on Saturday December 3rd. Check in is LATER THIS YEAR at 10:00am with the run starting at 10:30am. The 1 mile walk will begin immediately after the run.\n\n\n\nThis annual 5k is a fundraising event\, organized and hosted by the Cary Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association. The CPAAA is a 501.C3 non profit organization which assists the Cary Police Department in the planning and sponsoring of community events such as National Night Out\, Cones with the Cops\, and many more.
