DESCRIPTION:The Adopt A Grandparent Program support McHenry County low income seniors\, many that have no family support.\n\nOur seniors are struggling with the high cost of groceries and our Adopt A Grandparent Garden Program is here to support them.\n\n\n\nWe are so excited to begin this year?s Adopt A Grandparent Garden Program and we need your help!\n\nWhether you sponsor\, volunteer or just share our information you will help make a difference to the low income seniors in our programs.\n\n\n\nThis program supports a community garden project that provides fresh fruits\, vegetable\, herbs and flowers that are distributed to the seniors weekly via their own private Farmers Market held at their living facility.\n\n\n\nIt is only with the community's support that we are able to provide these programs.
