DESCRIPTION:Join us on Sunday\, May 18th for a free Balance Class to kick off our Steps-2-Balance Week in support of VeDA's international event. Doors will open at 10:30 and class will begin at 11:00am. The class is open to the public\, and anyone who attends will be entered in a drawing to win a free 6-Week Strong! class of their choosing (Balance Strong!\, Chair Strong!\, or Age Strong!).\n\n\n\nThe Steps-2-Balance class will be circuit-style class\, with alternating balance and walking inspired exercises set up around our clinic. Registration will be required so that we can plan our space accordingly.
