Participants gain valuable exposure\, build confidence\, and develop leadership skills through this one-of-a-kind experience.\n\nCandidates are sponsored by a local business\, but this should not be a source of stress or a barrier to participating. While it's helpful if you  already has a business in mind or finds one on your own\, we work closely with our Chamber members and candidates to match them with the perfect sponsor. This program is a wonderful opportunity for to grow personally and professionally while contributing to the Cary-Grove community.
