DESCRIPTION:Our Age Strong class is designed to help individuals build foundational strength\, making everyday tasks easier and more manageable. Whether you find it challenging to lift heavy grocery bags\, carry laundry up the stairs\, or unload the dishwasher without strain\, this program focuses on improving functional strength to support daily activities.
