Coach Megan and Denise will be educating athletes on their speed\, technique\, strength\, block work\, power\, and everything in the middle   all with tons of practice\, coaching and hands-on work.\n\nThis camp meets Sundays from 4-6pm at Woodstock High School and is open to middle and high school athletes.
