DESCRIPTION:Keep your middle school or high school runner motivated and running with our winter running club! Come prepared to run in the chilly temps and then dive into strength training and technique work. Winter Run Club is meant to keep your athlete motivated\, running\, and strong throughout the cold winter months. The program is designed to build a solid fitness base leading into the Spring Track and Field season. The club will meet on Wednesdays from 3:30-5pm for 6 weeks.
