SUMMARY:Women In Management - Helping Our Heroes
DESCRIPTION:Women In Management is thrilled to offer gifts to the Helping Our Heroes non-for-profit organization. Guest speaker Jennifer Prell (Vice President/Secretary of Helping Our Heroes) will share how HOH raises money to help Illinois military\, veterans\, police and firefighters with household related expenses and the difference they are making.\n\n	\n\n	WIM members and guests are asked to bring new donations to our December 15th breakfast from the list below. During our program\, the donated items will be placed into large\, reusable laundry/duffle bags by all members and guests in attendance. The bags will then be offered to Jennifer Prell to share with HOH families.\n\n	\n\n	In addition\, we are thrilled to have local pianist\, Lois Thompson\, playing songs of the season during our breakfast\, networking time and our bag assembly.\n\n	\n\n	Suggested Donation Items:\n\n	\n\n	Individual rolls of paper towels and toilet paper\n\n	Dish washing soap\n\n	Individual bars of soap\n\n	Bottle of disinfectant\n\n	Small first aid kit\n\n	Deodorant\n\n	Kitchen size garbage bags\n\n	Gallon zip lock bags\n\n	Bath towels\n\n	Hand towels\n\n	Wash clothes\n\n	Laundry detergents\n\n	(This is a general list\, any donation is appreciated!\n\n	\n\n	This annual gift-giving event is a favorite among WIM members and guests and a great way to thank and help a Veteran or Military Hero.
