Franzen\, owner of LaCuna Vinea\, notes "Great leaders are change agents.  They have a clear understanding of the change process and how to effectively operate in it.  How do you handle change?  Who are you in the midst of change?"  Her presentation will explore the elements of the change process\, as well as help participants identify their strengths and weaknesses in how they navigate change.\n\n\n\nThe cost of the meeting is $13 for members and $15 for guests.
